This position performs generalist laboratory duties including Chemistry, Microbiology, Hematology, Transfusion services and limited Phlebotomy.
We are willing to accept MLT candidates as long as they have at least 2 years' experience in Blood Bank.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a BS degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science from a Nationally Accredited College Program.
If an MLT, you must have an AA degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a Nationally Accredited College program with 2 years' experience in a High Complexity Lab setting.
Candidate must be ASCP certified with at least 2 years' experience in a hospital laboratory setting.
