We are looking for a talented individual with ALM certification who is passionate about taking care of the elderly.
Duties:
- Provide assistance and support to residents in an assisted living facility.
- Oversee and manage the care staff - Oversee the administration of medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel - Plan and coordinate health services for resident case management - Ensure every resident gets top-notch care - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assisted Living Manager is preferred - Knowledge of financial acumen and budgeting is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and staff members - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism - Experience in a managerial role Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
