Responsibilities:
Help maintain an organized and productive office environment Help answer customer calls and book appointments Dispatch Technicians and install crews to the customer in a timely fashion Handle warranty claims and process purchase orders Manage call takers as the company grows Build out and maintain process documentation and process improvements implementation Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office to ensure smooth operation Oversee the marketing and advertising side with the owner Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately Manage company special events, training, and conferences Oversee the Install Coordinator, Customer Service members and Dispatcher Work in cooperation with the Install Manager, Service Manager
